Ontario Works provides financial and employment assistance to individuals and families who are in need of these services. The goal of Ontario Works is to help people find employment so that they can support themselves. Individuals or families may be eligible for employment and other supports while receiving Ontario Works assistance. Applicants need to speak with a social worker to find out if they qualify for these supports.
